I bought this belt to wear while working out. I wear while doing strength exercising and cardio. And boy oh boy does it make you sweat. I was focusing on getting rid of the last of my pregnancy weight. And I definitely see a difference. The weight was coming off much faster.

For the value, I thought “what the heck”. When I tried it on a short 2 mile walk, I thought that it wasn’t working because I’m not overly hot in my midsection…I was just a little warm there. When I took it off…Wow…I was really sweating! I think I might just buy another one for sitting at my computer to keep my posture in check.

Product is awesome you get your sweat on and it’s bc of the size a lot of them are not as wide and don’t cover the whole area like this one does and it moves and stretches with you unlike some others that are stiff there are a lot of Versions out there this is the one you want I tried 4 different kinds be4 I found this one.

Lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Waist Trainer several times. Then rinse the cloth and wipe down again, use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry overnight. Do not wring, Do not machine wash, Do not machine dry
