Segmented Jump Rope for Fitness and Exercise

Hello! My name is Joanna Mazariegos and I am the founder of Joanna Jumps Ropes.

Due to my overweight in April 2020 I decided to do everything possible to lose those extra pounds. I didn’t knew where to start so I started limiting a lot of food and exercising with the main goal of burning as many calories as possible in order to reach my ultimate goal and ate only “Healthy” things and in small quantities.

After 2 months, I managed to lose weight. But I didn’t feel happy. My mind coud not stop thinking about food, and I always thought about what I could eat, this led me to develop eating disorders.

In January 2021, I took a rope that I had at home and that I had never used, and when I took the first jumps I knew that it would be the start of something sensational, I felt happy and I only knew that I wanted to keep trying.

After a couple of days I noticed that the rope I had wasn’t helping me much to keep going so I bought my first segmented rope online which I quickly realized was overpriced and poor quality but at the time I didn’t care . Little by little I was healing, and seeing the jump rope as a challenge and fun tool, it helped me get ahead of my eating disorders, and that’s how I started having physical and mental changes.

Some time later, I noticed the difficulty of finding a good quality jump rope at an affordable price. So I began to investigate and find out how I could contribute with a rope that would do everything for anyone as proper and effective learning tool. And that’s how my brand of skipping ropes and PVC was born.

Now I share my knowledge through social media which has allowed me to create a beautiful international community.
