Installation Steps

STEP 1

Pull the anti-locking locks at both ends of the bar first.

STEP 2

Rotate the two ends and adjust the length to the size of the installation position. The bar should be stuck in the installation position. Then finely adjust the pull-up bar to the horizontal position.
